Playtime matters more than successful matches and match ratings. Rule number 2: If you want fast improvement, you need to take the risk and allow them to play every single match and preferably all the 90 minutes. They will experience a linear grow line for a couple of years and then they will start falling. I mean 24-25 is the last days of going to the top. Don't expect to grow a 24 YO from 80 OVR to 85 or higher! He's done developing. Rule number 1: The age matters! It matters a lot. How I grow my players (even over 90) and what I pay attention to: I would really appreciate it, thank you so much :) TELL ME EVERYTHING YOU KNOW ABOUT THIS, PLEASE!!! Is it possible to improve players like +6-8 during the season? How many points maximum do your players improve during a season?Īnd how was it in previous PES games, like in PES 2017, 2018, 2019 and etc.? Is it possible to improve, for example, Scott McTominay up to 85-90? So, is there anyone who can explain how development process works here in PES 2020 Master League? When I buy them, they stop developing for next couple of years. For example, James Maddison and Martin Odegaard improved +3-4 during the season. If the player is sent for a loan, it's necessary to check the squad and formation of his team, just to make sure that he won't spend time sitting on the bench, and he will have a lot of time on the pitchĪlso I noticed one thing that players in other teams develop much better than in mine. How succesful the player is on the pitch (average rating and it's so good for development if it's more than 6.0 per match) I think I've already googled everything relaying to this topic, I've read reddit, I watched a couple videos on YouTube, I've read comments there and etc.Īnd here is what I found, player development depends on: So my main question - HOW CAN I DEVELOP PLAYERS IN MASTER LEAGUE? I don't want to buy top players, I want to buy rubbish players or a promising youngsters and develop them up to top players with 85 OVR minimum. Played him almost every match in the starting eleven, scored 40+ goals during the season, average rating 7.0 minimum: +4 during the season Played him from a bench: mostly he didn't develop at all, or +2 maximum during the season Sent him 3 times to a loan: +2-3 during the whole season He's 72 OVR and 18 years old and he barely develops! I tried different options: But in PES he stays at 80 OVR and doesn't develop at all, no matter what training plan is selected for him and no matter how often and good he plays, he's always 80 OVR. I think in FIFA I could develop him up to 85 OVR, or even 90 OVR if training program is chosen good for him. His OVR is 80, and he's 23 or 24 years, I don't remember for sure. Let's take Scott McTominay as an example. Anyway, all I want to say - I stll don't understand how to improve players in Master League. And I started a lot of different careers, for different clubs. Started a new career, once again for Man United. So I played one season (there were a lot of mistakes, because I didn't understand how training process was working by that moment). I knew all these things about regens, it didn't worry me at all. I was really surprised how interesting it was to play a career in Master League comparing to Career Mode in FIFA. And of course I started a career in Master League as a coach of Man United. Anyway, it was clear for me that I would give up FIFA and would play PES because it was awesome. It got me really bored, so I decided to try PES 2020 and I was really surprised how good it was. So, before PES 2020 I used to play only FIFA, the last FIFA I played was FIFA 19. And my favorite part in this is to build a team improving players, making them really good players. I am a huge fan of football simulators, especially of career mode. Hi guys! First of all, I wanna apologize for my english, but I hope it's good enough for you to understand what I'm talking about.
